Staff

All teachers meet and/or exceed California State requirements in Early Childhood Education (12 ECE units) and are required to seek professional growth. All teachers have had a licensed background check and are CPR Pediatric First Aid & AED trained and certified. They have taken the required classes of Mandated Reporter and DPR-Pest Management.

Jared Cooksey - Pastor

As pastor of Bethlehem SCV, it is my privilege to welcome you
here. I am a firm believer in nurturing and encouraging all our children,
offering them a learning experience that has Christ at its very core.
I arrived here in Canyon Country in June 2026 with my wife and our three kids
(seven months, three, and 13) and I look forward to getting to know you and
your children.
In my free time, I love going to the beach and exploring new places. I am originally from
England so of course my number one passion is soccer - whether playing or watching!

Marsha MacIntyre - Director

I’m so happy you’re here! I have a degree in Early Childhood Development and over 25 years of experience working with young children. I spent many years in the classroom as a preschool teacher, later served as an assistant director, owned and operated my own family home daycare for 11 years. For the past four years, I’ve had the joy of being the Director of Bethlehem Lutheran School.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working closely with children, families, and educators, as well as mentoring college students who are beginning their journey in early childhood education, which has been incredibly rewarding. It is truly an honor to serve our community and support the growth and development of every child in our care.
My heart and vision for Bethlehem Preschool is to create a safe, loving, and welcoming environment where every child feels valued and supported. I believe each child is unique, and I’m committed to helping them grow, learn, and build the skills they need to feel confident. I am deeply committed to fostering a collaborative environment with my staff and ensuring that every child and family has a positive and meaningful early educational experience.
On a personal note, I’m married to my husband, Eric, and we have a son who loves playing baseball. In my free time, I enjoy making chocolate-covered treats. I feel truly honored to be part of your child’s early learning journey!

Robyn Sheets - Office Manager

I have been a member of bethlehemSCV since 1994. I first worked in the church office in 2003. In 2011 I joined the preschool staff in the office. I enjoy the relationships I make with our families and the children. Most of the kids know that Miss Robyn loves to get hugs! I am married to my husband, Steve. We have 3 cats and lots of turtles and tortoises. My hobbies include cooking and genealogy. I love giraffe!

	Angela Ferrara I’m Miss Angela and I received my teaching credentials from COC, but my real education came from watching my mom in the classroom and my dad, who was a youth pastor. I have been a preschool teacher for 16 years. I have been at Bethlehem Preschool for about 13 years. I began teaching Sunday School at the age of 14 and decided teaching was my calling. I teach with my whole heart and hope that my joy shines through in your child as we learn through hands-on activities and explore the amazing world God has made for us. I have a beautiful and very strong willed daughter! I love photography and anything crafty and I would spend every waking moment at Disneyland if I could.
	Arianne Kaczenski Hi, my name is Arianne Kaczenski. I’ve been a parent of this preschool & now I’m a teacher here. My daughter attended Bethlehem Preschool and still has the same love for Jesus as she was taught when she started at 2 years old. She loved it so much. I’ve also been a member of bethlehemSCV for 22 years. I also sing in the praise band on Sundays. It’s one of my other passions besides teaching children. I'm married to my husband Mike and he is also very involved in our church. I love being a part of the Bethlehem Preschool family. I’m grateful for all this school taught my daughter about Jesus and His love. It’s been a big blessing in our lives. Looking forward to teaching and helping children in the same way.
	Liz DiPinto My name is Liz DiPinto. I've been a preschool teacher for over 30 years. I'm so blessed to be here at Bethlehem Preschool teaching your wonderful children. I have a beautiful family. I've been married for 32 years. We have 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. I love spending time with my family and enjoy traveling. I also enjoy watching the Dodgers!
	Genia Valenzo My name is Eugenia Valenzo. I have been teaching for 16 years. I’m a bilingual English/Spanish speaker. I enjoy being a loving and nurturing teacher. I also love watching children learn and grow. I have many things and ideas to share with you and your child. I can’t wait to start learning together and I’m excited to get to know everyone. I completed my education at College of the Canyons in Early Childhood Education. My hobbies include going to the gym, traveling, exploring new ideas and learning new languages. I love dogs and polar bears from Coca-Cola. I enjoy coming to work every day.
