All teachers meet and/or exceed California State requirements in Early Childhood Education (12 ECE units) and are required to seek professional growth. They also have a licensed background check and are CPR and First Aid trained and certified.
I have my degree in Early Child Development and have 20 plus years of working as a Preschool Teacher of 2s, 3s, and 4s, Assistant Director, followed by owning my family home daycare for 11 of those years. I have not only worked with children, families, and teachers in the preschool setting but have also mentored college students just beginning their work with young children. It is my honor to have the opportunity to serve you and your child/children.
My vision for Bethlehem Preschool is to ensure all children have a safe and inviting learning environment that meets their individual developmental needs and prepare them for kindergarten. I am fully committed to this job and will work collaboratively with my staff to ensure each family and child has a positive early educational experience. I'm married to my husband, Eric, and we have a son who loves to play baseball. My hobby is making chocolate covered treats.
I’ve worked with our church since 2003. I have been in our preschool office since 2011.
I enjoy the relationships I make with our families and the children. Most of the kids know that Miss Robyn loves to get hugs! I am married to my husband, Steve. We have 3 cats and lots of turtles and tortoises. My hobbies include cooking and genealogy.

Arianne Kaczenski Hi, my name is Arianne Kaczenski. I’ve been a parent of this preschool & now I’m a teacher here. My daughter attended Bethlehem Preschool and still has the same love for Jesus as she was taught when she started at 2 years old. She loved it so much. I’ve also been a member of this church for 18 years. I sing in the praise band on Sundays. It’s one of my other passions besides teaching children. I'm married to my husband Mike and he is also very involved in the church. I love being a part of the Bethlehem Preschool family. I’m grateful for all this school taught my daughter about Jesus and His love. It’s been a big blessing in our lives. Looking forward to teaching and helping children in the same way. |
